More recently, I’ve enjoyed writing poetry about nature. It’s something I find really helps me to be mindful. But it’s daunting, writing about nature, because so many poets through history have done such a beautiful job of it.

January blues definitely hit me through the middle portion of the month. The start of the year felt positive, but the idea of going back to work when my mood switched into a heavy depression was tough.
