An open book full of opinions, book references and music recommendations
When my grandad Mulholland was diagnosed with lung cancer, he wrote a book in which the pirate characters were all his grandchildren. Through our adventures in the Gray Goose and Good Elf ships, Grandad told stories we had related to him and perfectly demonstrated how he got us (down to my classic eyeroll and disappearing act, Georgie’s obsession with Jewellery and Will’s insistence on being right).
At 11 I promised myself that I’d make Grandad proud by becoming some super-scientist (I still have the diary entry to remind myself of this). At 21, I have finally realised that my writing and drawing and head-in-a book reading suggests that I could possibly make my grandparents more proud by doing what I’ve always loved (the penny finallyyy dropped).

Being an excitable Gen Y with a short attention span, running around London, I’d like to relate the stories that I and all those I care about have in the tech-savvy way of blogging and messing around with social media.
My family’s narrative has had its ups and downs but has been filled with plenty of laughter. So, here ya go cuties x
